Using the service

Use the service only with Google accounts and spreadsheets you are authorised to access. You control your Google Drive sharing settings and are responsible for the information you enter and the people you share it with. Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt to access someone else's data without permission.

Check your list

Templates, quantities, product links, prices and totals are planning aids. Check their accuracy, current prices and suitability before ordering or approving work. An approval recorded in a sheet does not place an order or pay a supplier.

Saving and availability

Creators authorise Google access to create lists. Landlords with enabled mobile links do not sign in; edits use the creator’s retained Google connection. Sharing links grant editing access to anyone holding them. Google account policies may prevent public Sheet sharing. Save your changes and check the confirmation. Unsaved edits can be lost. Availability and features may change; keep copies of information important to you in Google Drive.
