Privacy policy

This policy explains how Furnishing List Generator (also displayed as Furnishing List) handles information when you create a property list or use its mobile editor. For privacy questions, contact info@accommodators.net.

Information used

The app processes the property address or name, bedroom and bathroom counts, guest capacity and furnishing or works details you enter. When you open an authorised sheet, it reads its title, room sections, item descriptions, quantities, product links, prices, approvals, notes and totals to display the editor. Saving sends your changes to that Google Sheet.

Google account access

Google handles sign-in and consent. The app does not receive your Google password. It requests the Google Drive drive.file permission to create and work with specific files authorised for this app, rather than access to every file in your Drive. Google also checks your account's permission for each file. Sharing a file does not necessarily authorise it for this app in another person's account. When file selection is enabled, selecting a shared sheet in Google Picker grants this app access to that selected file for your account; your existing Google file permissions still apply.

Where information goes

New lists are created by our server using the Google account you authorise. The server processes the property details and Sheet content to create and edit the list. Google stores the resulting spreadsheet in that account's Drive. Google handles your login; we never receive your password.

Storage and retention

We store encrypted Google refresh credentials to keep no-login mobile editing connected after the creator leaves. Each mobile link is restricted by the app to its selected spreadsheet. We retain the spreadsheet identifier, creator email, setup status, link credentials and sharing controls until removal is requested. A short-lived secure cookie protects the creation sign-in. Private creator management links and landlord mobile links contain secret codes in their URL fragments; keep them secure. Hosting services may retain normal operational and security logs.

Older signed-in mobile links use Google access tokens in browser memory. Unsaved edits may be lost on leaving the page. Saved content remains in Google Drive until changed or deleted there.

Use and sharing

Google user data is used to provide the requested list creation and editing features. The app does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. This app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

When you confirm link editing in the generator, the app enables anyone-with-link editing for the new Sheet and creates a no-login mobile editing link. Anyone holding those links can view and edit the list. This does not publish it in search. Use the private creator management page to disable the mobile link and remove the link-editing permission created by this generator. Google permissions granted separately may remain. Opening a product link takes you to the retailer's website, where its own privacy practices apply.

Your choices

You can review or remove this app's connection in your Google Account connections. Removing access prevents future authorised requests but does not delete existing spreadsheets. Manage, correct, share or delete those files in Google Drive. Contact the email above for questions or privacy requests, including information you have sent directly by email. Avoid entering guest contact details or other personal information that is unnecessary for a furnishing list.

Changes

This page will be updated when the app's data handling changes. Material changes to the use of Google data will be disclosed before that new use, with renewed consent where required.
